How do I receive the products that I buy on Kid2Kid?
You have two options - either have them shipped to you at home (or work) OR choose to pick them up yourself from the seller. You can select the shipping method at checkout.
What are the delivery charges if I choose my order to be mailed to me?
Delivery charges for Luxembourg are €3.50 EUR and for neighboring countries (France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands) are €10.00 EUR
How do I know where to pick up my items if I choose the pick-up option?
The receipt that we email to you when your order is complete will contain all details about where and how to pick it up.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. You can select the method of payment at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Sellers usually ship within 1-2 days. Then delivery times depend on the Post. On average that takes another day or two.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All transactions made on the Kid2Kid website are secure and are done over a 246-bit SSL secure connection.
What exactly happens after I order?
We notify the seller whose products you purchased and then if you chose the items to be shipped, they will send them to you. And if you chose to pick up the items yourself, you will get an email telling you where to pick them up from and how to contact the seller to arrange for a time convenient for both of you
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course. A copy of your order will be emailed to you right after you place your order.
How do I list my own products on your website?
